No, there’s no need for you to be at home while we do our work. We stay in touch with the owner of the building through phone and email to discuss potential issues. If you aren’t at home when we do the work, we leave an itemised invoice for you and will email you photos of the completed work upon request. You can then pay the technician who is in charge of your job once you are fully satisfied with the work – should you be at home – or arrange a bank transfer within five business days. Our employees are all checked by the Criminal Records Bureau, and we have been trusted by schools, churches, and retirement homes in the area.
We may need to reach the back or side of the house and usually do this by going through the house, side gate, or alleyway for a terraced property
We aim to deliver your gutter cleaning service within 3-7 business days of the time you get in touch. Roof repairs are done within 1 to 2 weeks of the quote is accepted. We work between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday – Saturday. It may be possible for us to work on bank holidays and over the weekend as we serve several businesses and other commercial customers.

We aim to complete the work without you even realising that we were even there. Our team will always work cleanly and ensure that your gutters are clear and flowing freely before leaving. We also take the time to sweep any debris that falls out of the gutters. If you live on sensitive landscaping, then we work around the sensitive areas and leave your property looking great when we’re done.
How long it takes to complete the work depends on the height of the building in question, the accessibility of the gutters, and how much work we need to do. It will take between half an hour and a few hours at least to clear the gutters of residential properties. It may take up to a day to clear the gutters for block and commercial properties.
